PACE
a full-body workout that BOTH nourishes and connects your mind and body. Every playlist is curated by each individual instructor using a mix of fast and slow tracks to build speed, strength, and endurance. We ride in intervals with our PACE being guided by the beat of the music. Each class has a weight track where we encourage riders to give their legs a few minutes to rest and focus on building strength and toning OF the upper body.
